Pre-orders: how it works

Pre-orders are how we make cases that fit a phone nobody has held yet. Here is exactly how it works.

What you are buying

A finished ĀHUA case for the iPhone Duo, in the collection, colour or finish you choose. You pay the full price at checkout. There are no deposits, no second charges and no surprise fees.

When it ships

October 2026. Apple ships the iPhone Duo on 23 October. We fit-test every design on a retail unit, then finish and dispatch pre-orders in the order they were received. You get an email with tracking the moment yours leaves Queensland.

If the fit isn't right

Apple had not published accessory design guidelines for the Duo when we opened pre-orders. We have tooled to the device as it exists, and we test against the real thing before anything ships. If any design fails that test, everyone who ordered it is told and refunded in full — not credited, refunded.

Cancelling

Any time before your case ships, for any reason, full refund. Email products@infinity1.com.au with your order number.

After it ships

• 30 days, any reason, full refund.
• Anything faulty, any time within the first 12 months: replaced or refunded, and we cover the return postage.
